    This is a nice advertising tape measure for a bank.
    I was told they gave a souvenir away to get  business .
    This is made by Parisian Novelty.
    It is 1 1/2” diameter.
    The tape is cloth but unfortunately it retracted inside casing.
    The front has a picture of a bank
    and has a hair line crack you can see in photo and reads
