USSR GOSBANK FORM №130 VAPP WWII 1942 GERMAN OCCUPATION RIGA LATVIAN BANK

Description

Soviet state bank GOSBANK stationery form Nr.130 for payments.
Edition printed in Riga Latvia by VAPP in 1940-1941 during the early Soviet occupation of Latvia.
All the stationery texts are in Russian language, except publishers line, which is in Latvian.
Document is filled in June,17 1942 - during the German WWII occupation of Latvia (Ostland).
Filled text is hard to read, because it is written through carbonic copying paper, but it is filled in  Latvian language.
Cashier cancel on it, is of the 1st Republic of Latvia, in Latvian language:
"Latvijas Banka, Rīga. 11. iemaksu kase" = Latvia Bank, Riga. Payment cash desk Nr.11
It is the customer's exemplar.
Backside is empty, without any printed or written texts.
Genuine document in good condition.
