    Description

    As I understand it, this drum, with what looks like gold plated hardware, was only in production for one year (1988-1989). It has the solid maple shell, the Gladstone style PAT30 3-way tuning lugs, cam lever throwoff and brass hoops appeared to have also gold plated. I was informed by a Tama "officionato" that the lugs and hoops were highly polished brass. I got this from the second owner who got it in 1995. Other than the "gold" peeling off the hoops, the drum is in excellent condition. The Tama three-way key is included. The "standard" side of the key had a small crack. Please see photos of the key. I don't know if the wires are original or not but they are Tama wires. There are two hairline cracks in the top hoop marked by the blue tape. Feel free to ask any questions.
