This is a humorous country scene entitled "Spilled Milk" by renowned artist Randy Souders. This print is personally hand autographed by the artist.
The scene features a typical country traffic tie-up involving a collision between the Sunshine Dairy truck and a local chicken trafficker. The chaotic scene of gridlock consists of a few crumpled fenders, broken wheels and axles, damage to public property and several escaped chickens. A lucky yellow Tom-cat is enjoying his good fortune by looting the rivers of spilled milk. Of course the local "Good Neighbor" State Farm (TM) agent is Johnny-on-the-spot writing up his report.
The portly state trooper has arrived on his classic Indian(TM)  motorcycle. Of course there's a dispute as to who was at fault. The old hayseed farmer points one way as the delivery kid (with fingers crossed behind his back) points the opposite direction. The busted "Yield" sign provides all the evidence the no-nonsense State Trooper needs. The only witnesses to the calamity are a curious Billy goat and a farmer standing atop his vintage John Deere tractor to get a better look.
Agents will note an array of State Farm memorabilia including the classic auto logo on the agent's satchel, a tiny 3-oval watch fob hanging from his pocket, an oval bumper insignia and State Farm metal "fence sign" that reads "State Farm: Pays the man who pays the premium."
This delightful little painting was specially commissioned by State Farm in the mid- 1990's and reproduced in print form and made available to its' thousands of agents and associates.
As with all his work, you'll want to look for the artists' trademark "Tom cat." This print will (along with others below) be the perfect addition to any traditional, nostalgic Americana collection!
