    I have up for auction a record (One Sided 10" 78) on the red and gold patent VICTROLA RECORD label from the very early1900s, last patent date of 1908. It is #87039 by Jeanne Gerville Reache, Contralto accompanied by Victor Orchestra; selection is "Carmen-En vain pour eviter". The record is in excellent condition, hardly any wear and scuffs and scratches are very few, light and surface variety. Surface still shiny and clean.
