, with cardboard tape storage box
This came from a storage unit with many tapes marked NPR with various dates and cryptic content information. These 3 have some writing, on the outside box and labels on the reels. But can not be guaranteed, however:

As mentioned above I do not have the equipment to test the contents of these tapes.  So enjoy the surprise.
