Bottom edge left states in small typeset, ' Courtesy of Insurance Company of North America, World Headquarters, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.' One has some tanning on the back at the top, which shows through a little to the front. Also a small flyer with the Declaration and on the back information about the Insurance Company of North America and Life Insurance Company of North America, size 3 x7 inches folded and 3 x 14 unfolded. Age is no older than 1957, when Life Insurance was first sold by the company, but no publication date provided. All likes to stay rolled, will mail in a tube. See photographs for condition.
