. Beside the basic colors being shifted over to appear to be frozen we also added drift snow and we frosted the ice pools over with a tint of white. This added extra detail will wow your players and bring them back for more.  **Items are made to order and as such require up to 4-6 weeks to make and ship to you**

Shipping
We combine all your items into a single box, ebay doesn't always factor this and as such tacks on basic initial shipping fees. We remedy this through communication from you. We can customize a listing here on ebay (shipping included) once you provide us a list and quantity of your items. We do this so we can calculate shipping and get you what you need!
If this is to much of a hassle we can just refund any extra shipping within 1-3 business days of your order (please notify us as we are very busy and sometimes it slips past our notice)
**All items are on a 6 week waiting list before being made and shipped to you. At the 4 week mark we begin working on your items and after a week of work we ship. The 6th week is when you will get your items. We know this isn't always easy, but we have a large demand and limited supply of hands.**
Refunds
We typically don't give out refunds. In times past people have used our items over a weekend and once done wanted to ship them back. Costing us lots of time and money. If you are truly unhappy with your order we go by the honor system and are willing to work something out! If a piece breaks we are more than happy to replace the piece just contact us up to 2 weeks of receiving your order with a picture of your broken item.
What's it made of?
We use high quality plaster, 18,000 PSI rating. This isn't the most durable but is extremely resilient to breaking. It makes the product more affordable and as such you can afford to buy more pieces. We prefer making most of our items this way because we, like most gamers, baby our gaming stuff! And a little love goes a long way.
We also use Resin. The cost of resin makes the set more expensive but it adds a guarantee to your items rarely, if ever, breaking. With resin you can drop a piece off the table and its fine. Whereas with plaster, if your floor is not carpet, it will probably chip if it lands on a corner.
Please allow up to 6 weeks to make and ship your items. We have a long line of customers waiting for items that we are working on each day. We know the wait will be worth it!
