How to Verify You're Buying the Correct Lock
This lock is
not for cash drawers with a manual push-button
on the front of the drawer. If you don't see a push-button then you have an "electronic" drawer, which means there's a USB or phone jack looking port on the underside. This will work with "electronic" drawers whether you plug in a cable or not.
Please be sure to look on the face of the lock for 235, 243, 435 or 542. If you see one of these lock numbers then this is very likely the correct lock for you.

This style of lock is know to fit many, but not all, cash drawers from Square, Revel, HP, NCR, MICROS, Toast, PAR, Squirrel Systems, Fujitsu, Vivonet, APG, and many other point of sale systems. It is a popular lock style made by APG to fit there own Vasario™ and Stratis™ series of cash drawer models. It may fit other brands and models not listed here.
In all cases, the lock face must have one of 235, 243, 435 or 542 and there must not be a push-button on the front of the drawer.
