    Description

    BEACH BOYS Biggest Beach Hits
Still-Sealed 8-track tape issued in 1976. The cartridge contains Surfer Girl and Surfin' Safari and a number of obscure recordings like Judy, Barbee (sic) (a GREAT song that I wasn't familiar with previously, but I found on You Tube to listen to) and Phantom Surfer (which was released by The Tornadoes). This 8-track only album was released by Metroplex Records in the U.S., which was a division of Damont Records, a British record label, and there seems to be a question as to the legitimacy of the release. The cartridge is numbered MCR-R-1143-X. One way or the other, it is a very rare tape and it is still-sealed.
This tape is being sold as a collector's item. It is still in the original cellophane shrink-wrap and has never been played and there is no guarantee as to its playability. It may require new pads and/or rollers.
