We will be showing some before photos which will be included on a flash drive for the buyer.
The dash and inner doors in the truck remain unrestored. They were in such good condition at the time of restoration, that the owner decided to leave them as is.
Under the doors looks great, no sign of rust.
    The heater is operational.
Below is the fuel tank area during restoration.
The engine compartment still looks very good. This truck would do very well at any local car show for sure.
The current owner of the F-1 just had the generator rebuilt and also had a new regulator and new Pertronix V* ignition kit installed. Along with the ignition kit, they replaced plugs, ignition cables, and switched the system to positive ground and changed the oil and filter.
Below is another shot during restoration.
You can see the work done on the frame and rear axle. The truck still looks good even after 7 years of use.
We have a binder filled with receipts for the restoration.
At some point in it's life, it appears that the truck may have been owned by the Cumberland Hills, RI fire department. What ever the history, this is a great old truck. There are many more years of pleasure to be had driving this classic.
