I have for your consideration a beautiful metal ruler from the Hartford Fire Insurance Company of Hartford Connecticut. There is a circular top as well as a hole at one end so that you can hang it on a wall. Features pay-offs of several famous catastrophies including Portland, Chicago, Boston, Sint John, Baltimore, and San Francisco. Back side reads "Commenced Business 1794 Charter Perpetual. Overall condition is very good with some scratches and wear due to age and usage. One of my prettiest pieces. Please check out my other auctions.
